She is the owner of and a practitioner at Lemon Grove Yoga and Massage, with locations in both Pacific Beach and Lemon Grove. She became a certified teacher of Qigong, breathwork, and Food-based Healing in 2009, and an NLP/Reiki Master in 2010. She strongly believes in grounded spirituality and loves creating immersive experiences that are accessible to all.

Jayme LaForte
JAYME LAFORTE received her 200 hour CYT in Hatha Yoga in Oceanside, California and then trained in trauma-based yoga. She taught for a non-profit called Connected Warriors. She received her 300-hour CYT in Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa flow in Indonesia. Her passion for teaching Trauma-based Yoga led her to further study yin and restorative yoga, as they have similar benefits in helping those who suffer from post-traumatic stress or have gone through a traumatic experience. She teaches at various locations throughout San Diego, and is delighted to once again facilitate at a desert retreat.
